Never Pray and Ask For More


I know that may sound like a contrarian thing to say, never pray and ask for more.

It is a paraphrase from Napoleon Hill when he said, “Never pray and ask for more, but pray to have more wisdom over what you already have.”

This is a topic we have explored at recent *Inner Circle Masterminds.

How many times are we looking and chasing for more? More customers, more knowledge, more relationships, etc?

And many times we are doing it at the expense of being better at leveraging what we already have.

What hidden gold mines are we totally missing that are already in our possession?

Are you taking GREAT care of your existing customer and advocates?

Are you nurturing your existing team and relationships?

Is your website hitting on all cylinders and have you checked all 4 Must boxes

Are you using social media and email to communicate with your audience and tribe?

Are you cutting out the waste by identifying and plugging up the holes and leaks in your current financial spending?

Are you keeping up your current promises and projects before accepting new ones?

Are you improving the quality and the marketing of your existing products?

Are you following up with your current list of prospects?

Now here is what is so powerful…

When we look at the above list and we are doing a GREAT job with what we already have, that is when expansion and more opportunities come to us automatically without having to chase them.

Simple, but true!
