I wanted to pass on to my subscribers the replay of my recent Inner Circle Masterclass call with friend Ryan Chamberlin on a powerful topic, The Multiplier Effect – How Great Leaders Scale Influence, Income, and Impact.
Ryan’s entrepreneurial journey began in his 20s when he built an organization of more than 150k distributors from the ground up. Since then, he has held leadership positions with notable companies while establishing himself as a bestselling author, TEDx speaker, and trusted strategist for both emerging and established businesses.
In addition to his business success, Ryan serves in the Florida House of Representatives, where he champions entrepreneurship, individual liberty, and policies that promote economic growth, including efforts to eliminate state property taxes.
Ryan and his wife have been married for more than 32 years and have raised four children. As a family, they have traveled extensively, creating experiences and memories around the globe.
Some bullets I jotted down from the call:- Halftime: evaluate everything you have.
- The right people elected to the right positions can have an impact.
- Why personal development is needed in leadership and politics.
- To be a leader, you have to pursue the attributes of people you are drawn to and inspired by.
- Put yourself in situations that make you uncomfortable in a way that expands you.
- It’s hard to build influence if you are burning bridges. Live a life with no retaliation!
- Question: If I have the influence part worked out, am I scaling my income?
- Scaling gets down to your belief system and the vehicle you have.
- What are your limiting beliefs holding you back? What is holding you back?
- What kind of impact am I having to build wealth? Income builds lifestyle. Impact builds legacy.
- Go all-in to get to impact and legacy. Seek wise council.
- What it would it mean to be rich if there was no such thing as money?
