I was watching a documentary last night about Jim Carrey and the making of Man on the Moon. Jim had some personal stories of how he has used intentions to manifest amazing opportunities in his life.
He shares the story that even after he was clear on what he wanted, he still had not discovered what people in his audience were wanting. He said he would go to bed every night saying, “What do people want, what do people want?”
Then it hit him. They want to be free from concern. After that clarity, he then started modeling his comic routines and many of his characters to better connect with people.
After hearing Jim Carrey’s question, and applying it to my Inner Circle Masterminds, which I host, I believe people want to Belong, Learn, Grow, Connect, Be Inspired and Contribute.
As many of you know, I sold Jim Rohn Int and YourSuccessStore several years ago to Success Magazine and retired for 7 years (as an investor and a Mr Mom). When I got the itch to come back out, one of the very early things I wanted to do was to gather people together that I wanted to spend more time with.
In fact, the Inner Circle Mastermind was partially birthed by a ski trip in Colorado with my good friends Darren Hardy, John Assaraf, Eric Berman and Steven Cox. They were all part of a mastermind in San Diego and they suggested I start one in Dallas.
I discovered I too wanted a group of people that I could meet with on a regular basis. People who I could learn from and who could learn from me.
I also wanted good people. People I trusted, liked and wanted to do life and business with. One of favorite quotes is from Zig Ziglar, “Never do a good deal with a bad guy.” I really do practice that.
Fast forward. I’m now on year 3 of my Inner Circle Masterminds in Dallas and LA that meets 6x a year (plus some additional bonus ones in Nashville, Scottsdale, Belize and other cool places).
What makes these special is the quality of the people: friends like 2x memory champ Ron White, 2x Grammy-winner (and millennial) Seth Mosley, 7x Emmy-winner Newy Scruggs, #1 real estate podcaster Robert Helms, retired Colonel in the Marines Tim Cole, book partners Erika De La Cruz (Passionistas), Jeanette Ortega (The Little Black Book of Fitness), Kelli Calabrese (Mom & Dadpreneurs), and so many more awesome people.
My group has people from all walks of life. People in sales, entrepreneurs, authors, speakers, investors, doctors, surgeons, direct sales, educators, music, sports, online marketers, real estate syndicators and more.
We do have a strong marketing slant with a focus on growing your income and creating financial
Our masterminds are more than just a day to get together and learn and grow, both professionally and personally, it’s become a very diverse community, and family, of people committed to being their best selves in all areas of their lives.

“Kyle, thank you for our partnership and friendship. Friendship is wealth and you make me a rich man. Love and Respect!” Jim Rohn

“Kyle is a valued friend, a marketing superstar and one of the most knowledgeable people in the personal development industry.” Robin Sharma
“Kyle is one of my old and dear friends and one of the smartest marketing guys I have had the opportunity to work with. He is the scrappy marketing guy. What I mean by that is, there are lots of guys who will put out business plans and do all kinds of nonsense and swing for home runs. Kyle is the real deal and finds ways to create product, add value, help people, build community, he’s unbelievable.” Eric Worre
