Jeffrey Gitomer Gives Gold Nuggets and More

Kyle Jeffery

You never know who is going to pop into a Kyle Wilson Inner Circle Mastermind, and again someone awesome came by in Philly this past weekend.

The great Jeffrey Gitomer, author of the #1 selling book of all time, The Little Red Book of Selling, and my 23 year good friend, texted me at 7am Saturday morning and said his flight to Paris, France had been pushed back until that evening. He was laying over in Philly and said he would be happy to swing by the mastermind.

Jeffrey, although he lives in Charlotte, NC, is a Philly native, and he is so beloved especially by his northeast brethren. His visit was about as good as it gets.

Here are some of the key ideas Jeffrey shared:

It’s not who you know, but who knows you!

In today’s world of social media, podcasts, blogs, self-published books and personal websites, it’s not about meeting as many people as you can meet, but rather it’s about how to get your message out to as many people as possible in multiple ways.

What’s new, now and next

The old world of publishers and publishing and bookstores is over. Move on. Amazon is the 600 lb. gorilla. Always, you have to innovate.

Attract, Engage and Connect

Marketing is about finding ways to attract prospects, engage with them and then connect.

You go from expert to authority when you do the printed word.

As the author of over a dozen books, Jeffrey has found that as an author he has established himself as an authority in sales and persuasion.

Btw, Jeffrey will be back in Philly Oct 18-19 for a rare sales seminar and also in Dallas Oct 24-25. I will be at the Dallas event to share marketing ideas, and we will talk about our friend Jim Rohn and his legacy.

We also had Inner Circle member 2x Grammy winner Seth Mosley, who at age 30 has already written over 750 songs (25 #1’s) and won 2 Grammys and many top 10 songs. Seth shared so many gold nuggets. One of his key pieces of advice is that you must dare to suck and to be willing to put yourself out there. That is where greatness will find you.

Also, Seth is launching his Song Chasers Songwriters Course today! Massive benefits and an incredible offer. Learn more here

Plus, we had in addition to Jeffrey and Seth, some powerful presentations from former NFL player Keith Elias, investor Steve Lloyd, contractor and marketer Yanni Fikaris, speaker and author Penny Zenker, corporate trainer Greg Zlevor and yours truly!

It was an amazing weekend.

Want to learn more about the Kyle Wilson Inner Circle Mastermind? Shoot me an email and tell me a little more about yourself and where you live. Then I will send more details and we can set up a call. I have LA and Dallas coming up in Nov and Dec.

Final closing words from Keith Elias, “I don’t look at failure as failure. I look at failure as not yet.”

Have an amazing week ahead!

“Kyle is one of my old and dear friends and one of the smartest marketing guys I have had the opportunity to work with. He is the scrappy marketing guy.
