I’ve said it for over 30 years, going back to putting on big events and launching Jim Rohn International: Delivering great products, services, and customer service is the number one predictor of building a true, reoccurring model of revenue and referrals. Focus on delivering value to your audience and clients above all else.

Insight #2

You are most able to help the person you once were. Before you go try to re-create what someone else is offering, identify and focus on your own successes, experiences, and ability to help solve problems in the marketplace. Be careful you don’t get swept into the latest fads and offers and stay present with your unique secret sauce and gifts.

Insight #3

Peace is the new profit. It’s really important to have clarity about what you want in your career and in your life including the types of people you want to work with and spend time with. I’ve gotten to that stage in my life where it is either a hard yes or hard no. If it lacks integrity or doesn’t pass the common sense sniff test, I can easily say no without any FOMO. Choose wisely!
