Setting Intentions and Having Breakthroughs

As we enter into the new year, this is such a powerful time for setting your intentions and making shifts and changes.

My 18 year mentor, friend, and biz partner, Jim Rohn, would always say, don’t go search for the magic pill or the new secret, that all you need for success is already there and that success leaves clues.

You already have what you need to get started. Whether for you its improving health, wealth, or relationships. It gets down to a decision.

And to make the kind of decision that will stick, you must get connected to your WHY.. And to connect to your why you need to connect to yourself.

Oftentimes we get so caught up in all the outside influences, whether they be books, podcasts, or outside advice. And they can be powerful.

But equally, if not more important, is getting connected to yourself. Your intuition. Your purpose. Your Why!

Invest the time in journaling, reflecting, meditating, prayer, reflection, etc.

You ARE a Powerhouse when you connect to your source.

Once you are clear on your why, watch as the people, books, events, mentors start to show up.

I have some powerful examples of this I will be sharing with you this week.

It’s all there. Oftentimes you just need to have a conversation with yourself.

You may say I’ve done that and it didn’t work. Success is a daily thing it’s not a one time event. Make self-reflection a daily habit. Make sure you are connecting to your deepest why and not letting your actions be driven by outside voices and agendas.

This is the perfect time of year to give yourself the gift of reflection and connection to your why!
