I am really excited to share with you a new podcast that I was a guest on (went live today) with my good friend and fellow Inner Circle member, Marco Santerelli.

His podcast is often found in the Top 30 and is targeted towards real estate investing focused for BUSY people. Marco is an investor, author, and the founder of Norada Real Estate Investments – a nationwide provider of turnkey cash-flow investment property.

Hal Elrod Conversation and Golden Nugget Lesson

This past weekend I attended Michael Blanks Deal Maker Live event here in Dallas. An amazing 2 days with 500 awesome people! Michael is a good friend and a member of the Kyle Wilson Inner Circle. He and his team put on an A+ event!

One of the many great speakers (including Robert Helms and Dave Zook) was Hal Elrod, the author of The Miracle Morning.

Although I have read The Miracle Morning, I was not prepared for how impactful Hal’s presentation would be.

There were so many gold nuggets!

After we heard Hal speak (and make multiple Jim Rohn references) and after hearing his wisdom at the VIP lunch, Michael introduced us. 

Hal asked if I could take him to the airport when he was ready to leave so we could talk more about Jim Rohn and his influence in our lives.

The connection with Hal was so strong. That led to my being scheduled as a guest on Hal’s Podcast in September, and he also agreed to be a guest on my new podcast due to launch in September (more to come on both). 

Golden Nugget Lesson

Hal shared so many great insights. (Get the Miracle Morning if you haven’t already.)

The one I want to leave you with is the Miracle Equation!

Hal shared a story of how in his early days as a sales rep for Cutco, they would have 14 day pushes. Hal was inspired by the Jim Rohn quote “Set a BIG goal not for what you will get but for the person you will become in the process.”

So he decided to go for the company record.

He understood it would take extraordinary effort. It would take faith. It would take consistency.

Hal went on to hit this record setting goal! 

Then the next test was could he do it again the next month. Which he did.

But test number three seemed impossible. He would try to hit the record a third time, but this time he would have to do it in 30% less time (10 days instead of 14).

After applying extraordinary effort, consistency, and faith, the hard truth hit on the eve of the deadline. It just wasn’t going to happen. He was to far behind.

But he decided to continue with the impossible goal because attaining the goal wasn’t the ultimate goal. It was the process.

Hal stayed committed to the Miracle Equation, knowing that once you commit to a goal and apply extraordinary effort, faith, and consistency, that unseen forces and people come out to help you!

And that is what happened. The most incredible events then took place, and he broke the record in 40% less time. (He shares in more detail on his podcast due out tomorrow).

Has this ever happened to you? It has for me. in the most remarkable ways. It was so great to hear Hal share it from his vantage point and to get the reminder again in a fresh way!
