People ask me what I’m focused on these days. I always say number one, I enjoy the most my Inner Circle Masterminds. In fact, I created them for me.
A few years back I was in Telluride skiing with good friends Darren Hardy, John Assaraf, Eric Berman and Steve Cox. All 4 were part of a mastermind in San Diego. They suggested I start my own in Dallas.
Within a few months I held my first one. Good friends Robert Helms, Ron White and several others accepted the invitation.
It now has grown a bit as we do 6 days a year in LA, 6 in Dallas and 4 in Scottsdale.
We just held a 2 day mastermind in LA this past weekend that was so powerful! Our members along with some special world class expert guest made it a weekend that ROCKED for all of us.
My masterminds don’t follow any particular rules. For some we have presentations, for some we focus on help seats. Some have a focused topic. All usually have a combination of each. I base what we do on who our special guest may be and who is in the room. I also always leave plenty of room for the cool and unexpected to happen.
All I know is the Inner Circle Masterminds are beyond powerful and the majority of people have seen their businesses grow 30-50% a year. Plus, all other areas of their life improve.
Here are 10 reasons I love the Inner Circle Mastermind I host.
1) When you spend the day with like minded people, it makes you better,. You play up. Synergy!
2) You always walk away with ideas and strategies (often times outside the box) that you can apply to life and business.
3) You meet amazing people (members and guests).
4) Your thinking gets expanded.
5) You feel a part of a community (an amazing community).
6) You get to be around world class experts.
7) There are shared values and philosophy.
8) You ALWAYS come away refreshed and renewed.
9) Your associations and network are expanded.
10) You get to share your knowledge and wisdom with others.
The next mastermind I’m hosting is in Phoenix March 9 and 10. If you would like details reply to this email to tell me where you live and what you do professional. Then I will send details on how to attend as a guest.
Hope to connect with you soon!
Have an awesome week!

“Kyle is one of my old and dear friends and one of the smartest marketing guys I have had the opportunity to work with. He is the scrappy marketing guy. Kyle is the real deal and finds ways to create product, add value, help people, build community, he’s unbelievable.” Eric Worre, Author of Go Pro
