In over 20 years of marketing, collaborating and working with top performers I’ve found there are 2 major pathways to creating wealth for the majority of people.
The first path is to become very good at what you do, work very hard, make very good decisions with your money and then over a long period of time (20 years+) you have the potential to create financial independence.
This is a great model for people with jobs or for those in trade time for money professions. I know I said a mouthful in the opening statement about all the ingredients needed. And the one variable that can create the most havoc is the one related to making good decisions with your money (both from the spending and investing side).
The second path I’ve observed has the same list as the first path (good at what you do, work hard, great decisions with your money) but has an added piece (an accelerant!); and it is to learn to duplicate your efforts through people and systems (without it negatively effecting the quality of your product or service).
Virtually every endeavor I’ve participated in over the past 10 plus years has had to have a model of where you can build systems as well as duplicate yourself primarily through the mentoring of others. The special sauce is mentoring! Don’t just delegate or think adding more people will equate to success.
This is where I see the big drop off. When individuals, small companies and large companies grow, often times their customer service and/or quality of product/services goes down.
You can’t just delegate, you must train! And not just train but train the right people with the right training!
So ask yourself how can you duplicate your time and efforts as well as that of your top team members? Do you have the systems in place? Are new up and coming team members not only being trained, but also being mentored?
I want to challenge you to take time to think about your business, your systems, your goals and your team. Get your plan in place and then execute.
Your future wealth depends on it.

Kyle Wilson
